How long does production take?

For non-personalized items, production takes about 3–5 business days.
For personalized items (e.g. invitations), production usually takes 7–15 business days after design approval.

Do you provide design samples?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit cards, Gooogle Pay, Apple Pay and bank transfer.

Can I customize the design?

Yes, all our invitations and gifts can be customized with your names, dates, and personal details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping in Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I return a personalized product?

No, personalized products cannot be returned once the design/sample has been approved.
However, you may cancel your order before the sample is approved.
