Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter or by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard one we offer), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion of withdrawal right
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-made and are produced according to the consumer’s individual choices, or clearly tailored to their personal needs (e.g., customized invitations, personalized gifts).
Once the customer has approved the sample/design of a personalized item, production will begin, and withdrawal is no longer possible.
